The principals of Nicon, Nick and Bee Woywitka, have a unique interest and feel for this marvellous neighbourhood.  The land has been in the Woywitka family since 1969 (Lucy’s Park is named in memory of Nick’s mother.)  Nick and Bee live on this street and have raised their family here.  They know how to angle windows to welcome the morning sun, or to watch the migrating birds; and where to locate decks to capture the cooling summer breeze off the lake. They live in the midst of homes they have built, and enjoy the satisfaction of having contributed to the lives of their neighbours.
